Removal of the 15-month Wait-out Period for Private Residential Property Owners Purchasing Non-Subsidised HDB Resale Flats

TLDR: Private property owners can now buy a non-subsidised HDB resale flat (without an HDB loan) straight away, the 15-month wait-out is gone, making it faster for downsizers and retirees to right-size, though they still must sell their private property within 6 months.

ABSD deadline extended for large collective sale projects to facilitate redevelopment

TLDR: Developers of large en-bloc sites now get more time to build and sell before the ABSD clawback kicks in (6 years for large sites, 7 for mega sites), which should make big collective sales more attractive, good news if you're in an ageing large development eyeing an en-bloc.
